The Tank House is a converted water tank on a farm near Nether Wallop. It's detached and looks out over cornfields. It's very quiet out here. You get some good sunsets.
It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a simple, comfortable place.
The stairs up to the bedroom are a ship's ladder. They're steep and you need to use the handrail. Just so you know.
The farm has alpacas in the field next to the property. You can see them from the windows.
Nether Wallop village is about a mile away. There's a church and a river with a picnic spot. The next village over, Over Wallop, has a shop and a pub.
Stockbridge is ten minutes by car. It's a nice little town with shops and places to eat. The Test Valley is good for walking and fishing.
Winchester is about 25 minutes drive. Salisbury is about half an hour. Stonehenge is about 40 minutes away. The Hawk Conservancy Trust is nearby if you like birds of prey.
For facilities: there's parking, WiFi, a TV, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. A cot and highchair are available if you need them. There's local fishing and horse riding. No pets.
