The Coach House is in Stickney. It's a detached cottage converted from an old coach house on a working farm. It's just for two people.
The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, but you come in on the ground floor. The stairs are fairly steep. It's all been recently done up to a good standard, so everything feels clean and new. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's comfortable.
You're out in the fields here. It's quiet. The parking is right outside.
The village has a shop and a couple of pubs within walking distance. For a bigger shop, you'd drive to Boston which is about six miles away. It's a proper market town with a high street.
Lincolnshire's quite flat, so it's good for cycling if you bring bikes. The coast around Anderby Creek and Chapel St Leonards is about half an hour's drive. It's sandy beach. You can get to Gibraltar Point nature reserve near Skegness in well under an hour.
Facilities are what you'd expect: TV, WiFi, a shower, all bedding and towels are included. There's no garden, but it's a rural setting. Pets aren't allowed.
