This is Peaceful Farmhouse. It's in Eskham, which is a place in the Lincolnshire countryside. It's about a mile from a village called Marshchapel. It's an old farmhouse, so it's a bit spread out.
It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's not new, but it's comfortable and warm.
Downstairs there's a decent sized kitchen with a big table in it. There are two living rooms, both with TVs. One has a wood burner, which is nice when it's cold. Upstairs, the bedrooms are spacious. The stairs are a normal farmhouse staircase.
The main thing people like is the games room. It's in a separate barn. There's a full size snooker table, a table tennis table, and a bar area with another wood burner. It's a good space if you've got a group.
Outside, you're on a working farm. You can walk along the farm tracks. You see a lot of hares and pheasants. Deer sometimes.
For the coast, Sutton-on-Sea is about 20 minutes by car. There's a beach hut you can hire through us if you want to. For a completely different coastline, Donna Nook is about 25 minutes away. That's where the grey seals come to have their pups.
The Lincolnshire Wolds are on your doorstep for walking. Lincolnshire Wolds Countryside Service has maps and routes. Louth is a market town about 15 miles away. It's got a nice high street.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, parking. We include the bedding and towels. A cot and highchair are here if you need them. No pets, I'm afraid.
