This is Beach & Tonic. It's a chalet bungalow on the Humberston Fitties. It's detached, so no shared walls.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. You can bring two dogs. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The garden is enclosed. There's a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included.
You're about a five minute walk from the dunes. The beach is good for a proper walk, and people use it for kayaking and paddle boarding. The Fitties area itself is interesting, it was used for soldiers in the wars. Now it's just a quiet spot of colourful holiday chalets.
There's a local shop, a restaurant, a bar, and some takeaways within a mile. If you want more, you can walk along the seafront into Cleethorpes. That's got the pier, the amusements, and more places to eat. It takes about 20 minutes on foot.
For a day out, Donna Nook is about half an hour's drive south. You can see the seals when they're breeding. Mablethorpe is in the same direction. To the north, you've got Hull. That's about 40 minutes by car.
