Garden Cottage

Garden Cottage is located in Balloch on the outskirts of Inverness close to Culloden Battlefield and Clava Cairns, a well-known setting for the TV series ‘Outlander’. The cottage offers a cosy retreat after a busy day exploring, enter through the back door into the kitchen which is well equipped with everything you could need to cook up a holiday feast or delicious breakfast, and a table and chairs for gathering together at and planning the days adventures. Through to the living room there is comfy sofa and chairs, 36" TV, books for adults and children and a selection of children’s toys for mixed ages. There are three double bedrooms, the first two have kingsize beds, bedside cabinets and lights, bedroom three has a double bed with bedside tables and lights. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. The mature garden is fully fenced mostly to grass with wildflowers, there is a seating area to enjoy al fresco dining.
Balloch has a well-stocked local shop and has amazing walks and beautiful views across the Moray Firth to the Black Isle. Nearby Inverness has a vast offering of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars. Approximately 20 minutes to the east is the seaside town of Nairn which is the perfect day out for all the family. Inverness Airport in 10 minutes to the east and Inverness city centre is a 10 minutes’ drive away. There is off street parking for two vehicles. Garden Cottage will not disappoint as your base to explore Inverness and the Highlands.
