Crab Cottage is in Morfa Nefyn, right near the top of the Llŷn Peninsula. It's a detached house, so no one attached to either side. It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom and a shower room are on the ground floor, which might suit someone who doesn't want to do stairs. The other bathroom and a twin bedroom are upstairs.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. The decor has a seaside theme, with paintings and some blue paintwork. There's a woodburning stove in the living area for cooler evenings.
The main thing is the location. You can walk down to the beach in about five minutes. It's a lovely sandy beach. You can also walk round to Porthdinllaen at low tide. The Ty Coch pub is there, right on the beach. The whole headland is owned by the National Trust.
The back garden is enclosed, with a decked area and some flower borders. There's parking on the drive and a place to store bikes if you bring them.
In terms of facilities, it's got what you'd need: a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. No pets, sorry.
If you want to explore, Aberdaron is about a twenty-minute drive. It's a pretty whitewashed village right on the coast. You can get boat trips from there out to Bardsey Island. The whole coastline round here is good for walking. There's a golf course just outside the village.
