Heddfan is on the edge of Nefyn on the Llyn Peninsula. It's detached, and the garden at the back is big with some old trees. It's quiet. You see fields.
It sleeps seven, in three bedrooms. Two are doubles and one is a triple bunk room. There are two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. It's a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. The house feels spacious, especially the kitchen and living room.
The front door opens straight into the living room. That's just how it is. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for two cars on the drive.
Nefyn beach is about a 20 minute walk down the hill, or you can drive. The golf course is right there along the cliffs. The famous beach at Porthdinllaen, with the Ty Coch pub on the sand, is a couple of miles away. You can walk along the coast path to it from Nefyn.
Morfa Nefyn, Whistling Sands beach, and Aberdaron are all within 20 minutes by car. Abersoch is about half an hour. The whole coast is good for walking. The area is known for fishing, sailing, and water sports.
