This is House On The Corner, it's on Beach Road in Morfa Nefyn. You go out the door, turn left, and you're on the beach path in about two minutes. It's a detached house, so no neighbours through the walls. Big garden all around it.
It sleeps eight, in four bedrooms. Two of those are up in the loft, so the ceilings are a bit lower up there. The stairs are normal. Two bathrooms, one's an en-suite. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's recently been done up, feels fresh and clean. The kitchen is from the 60s, so it's got that old-fashioned style, but it works fine. There's a hatch through to the lounge.
The main garden gets the sun all day. There's another bit of lawn through a gap in the hedge, it's a bit hidden. Good for kids or if you've got dogs. You can have a barbecue round the back.
The beach is the main thing. Morfa Nefyn beach is lovely. A short walk up the road there's a shop for basics. There's a good little café just around the corner. A gastro pub is about a mile away.
For walking, you can pick up the Llŷn Coastal Path right at the beach entrance. The views across to the Rivals and back to the mountains are great. Sometimes you see seals close in.
You're on the Llŷn Peninsula, so it's quiet. For a day out, you can drive into Snowdonia (Eryri) in under half an hour. Plas Newydd is about 25 minutes away if you fancy a big house and gardens. Abersoch, with more shops and a busier beach, is a 15 minute drive.
In terms of what's there: it's got a wood burner, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi. Bedding is included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking for two cars on the drive. You can bring up to two dogs.
