Tyn Y Mur is in Morfa Nefyn, on the Llŷn Peninsula. It's a terrace house, not a detached cottage. The back garden is enclosed, which is handy.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is useful for that many people. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean without being luxurious.
The living room has a woodburning stove for cooler evenings. Through the back, there's a conservatory. It gets the sun in the afternoon and is a nice spot to sit.
The beach is about a five minute walk. It's a good, sandy beach. The village shop is a couple of minutes away. The nearest pub with food is about a mile up the road.
The coastal path runs past nearby if you like walking. The Morfa Nefyn golf course is very close. Abersoch is about a ten minute drive for sailing and that sort of thing.
For days out, you're well placed. Portmeirion is about half an hour away. The Snowdonia National Park is within a 30 minute drive for mountains and walks. You can get to a few of the heritage railways, like the Welsh Highland Railway, within that time too.
Facilities: it's all there. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for one car on the driveway. No pets, I'm afraid. The front door and ground floor are step-free, which is worth knowing.
