Llechwedd is a bungalow in Morfa Nefyn, on the Llŷn Peninsula. It's in a quiet little close off the main road.
It sleeps eight, in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well looked after and comfortable. It's all on one floor, so it's good if stairs are a problem. The front step is ramped and the doors are wide.
The back garden is enclosed. It's got a big decked area and a lawn. The view from there is the main thing, really. You look straight out over the fields to the mountains.
Inside, it's modern and spacious. The living room has a wood burning stove. The kitchen is a good size. It works well for a big family, or if two families are sharing, as the bedrooms are spread out.
You can bring up to two dogs.
There's a village shop about two minutes' walk away. They sell basics, fresh stuff, and logs for the fire. The closest beach is Porth Dinllaen, which is about five minutes on foot. It's a nice walk along the coast path to the Ty Coch pub, which is right on the sand.
For a longer beach day, Nefyn Golf Club is right next to the beach further along. The whole coastline here is good for walking. You can drive up to the tip of the peninsula at Aberdaron in about half an hour. For a day out, Plas yn Rhiw is a nice National Trust house and garden about twenty minutes away.
The facilities are all there: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, parking for a couple of cars. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
