Bramble Barn Bamburgh
Bramble Barn is in a place called West Mains, near Bamburgh in Northumberland. It used to be part of a farm. It's not remote, it's part of a small group of cottages. The views are the main thing. You can see right out to the sea and across to Holy Island.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, both doubles. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well looked after.
The living room has a wood burning stove and big windows. There's a door out to the garden. The garden is fully enclosed, which is good if you have a dog. You can sit out there and look at the view.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking and an electric vehicle charger. We can provide a cot and highchair.
You can take one dog. There's a local pub. The coast and beaches are very close. Bamburgh Castle is about three miles away.
For days out, Holy Island is a short drive, but check the tide times. The Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is right there. Alnwick Castle and its gardens are about half an hour's drive. Useful links: Northumberland Coast and National Trust North East.
