Cheviot View is in West Mains, a small hamlet near Berwick-upon-Tweed. It's a terraced cottage, two storeys, and it sleeps five.
There are three bedrooms upstairs: one double, one with twin beds, and a single. The bathroom is upstairs too, with a shower over the bath. Downstairs, there's a toilet off the kitchen which is handy. The living room has a woodburner and French doors that open out to the garden. The garden is south-facing, so it gets the sun. There's another bit of garden at the back that looks west, good for the sunset.
It's a 4 Star place, so it's well looked after. Everything you'd need is there: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. There's parking right outside.
The local beach is at Cheswick, about three miles away. It's a very good beach, one of the best along here. There's a shop and a pub a mile away in the village.
You're well placed for getting out. Holy Island is a short drive away, but you have to check the tide times. Bamburgh Castle is about twenty minutes south. The Cheviot Hills are half an hour west if you fancy a walk inland. For kite surfing, people go to Budle Bay.
