The Horseshoe Annex is in Steyning. It's attached to our house, but you have your own front door. There's parking right next to it.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms: one with a kingsize bed, and one with two singles. One bathroom with a shower. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well set up. It's surprisingly spacious inside.
You have your own bit of garden at the side, with a table and chairs. We share the main garden, but we'll leave you to it. There's a BBQ you can use.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair.
We're fine with pets. The garden is enclosed, but it's not totally escape-proof for a determined dog. There are good walks straight from the door.
Steyning is a nice old town. There are local shops, cafes, and a few pubs. It's about four miles to Shoreham-by-Sea and the coast.
You're right on the edge of the South Downs. For walking, Chanctonbury Ring is up on the hills. It's an old hill fort with beech trees. The views are good. The South Downs Way runs close by if you want a longer walk or to cycle.
Brighton is about a 25-minute drive if you want the bigger city stuff. Arundel, with its castle, is about half an hour away. Further along the coast, Worthing is 20 minutes.
