Pinewood Cabin
Pinewood Cabin is near Blairhall in Fife. It's a one-bedroom wooden cabin on our land. We've fenced off a section so you get a big, private garden with views over the fields. It's just for two people.
It's got a 3 Star rating. It’s compact, but it’s got everything you need. The bathroom has a shower. It’s all open plan downstairs. The bed is upstairs in a mezzanine loft space, so the ceiling is low up there. You have to mind your head.
There’s parking right outside. WiFi works fine. All your electricity and towels are included. We leave robes and towels for the hot tub. The hot tub is out in the garden, private to you.
You can bring one well-behaved dog. The garden is fully enclosed, which is handy for that.
The local pub in Comrie is about half a mile down the road. The village of Saline is a couple of minutes in the car for a shop. Dunfermline is less than fifteen minutes away. It’s a proper town with shops, restaurants, and a cinema. Dunfermline Abbey is there, and Pittencrieff Park is nice for a walk.
If you like motor racing, Knockhill circuit is only ten minutes up the road. For golf, there are courses nearby.
You can get to a lot of places from here within an hour. Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Dundee, and St Andrews are all that sort of distance. It’s a good spot for exploring.
