Inzievar is a bungalow in Oakley, in Fife. It's detached and in its own bit of woodland, so it feels very private. The views from the back look out over farmland.
It sleeps six people in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-fitted. The whole place is on the ground floor, which is handy. It's also wheelchair accessible, so doorways are wide and there are no steps.
It's quiet here. You get a proper sense of being away from things. The trees are right there and you can walk straight into the woods.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a woodburning stove for cool evenings. It has WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
For shops and a pub, you need to drive about a mile or so into Oakley. They're fine for the basics.
Culross is about ten minutes away by car. It's a National Trust for Scotland village and feels very old, like stepping back in time. It's worth a look. Dunfermline is fifteen minutes in the other direction. That's a proper town with supermarkets, restaurants, and a pool.
From here, you can get to Edinburgh in about 40 minutes. St Andrews and the Fife coastal path are within half an hour. Loch Leven, for walking or cycling round, is about 20 minutes drive.
