Lime Tree Cottage Oakley

Lime Tree Cottage is in Oakley, Fife. It's a detached house, so no neighbours through the wall. You get your own bit of garden with a patio. The outlook is over fields and woods.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's comfortable and well looked after. One bathroom is on the ground floor and the whole place is wheelchair accessible, which is quite handy.

It's a quiet spot, down a lane. You can walk straight into the woods from the garden. The nearest shop is about a mile away in Oakley. There are a couple of pubs in the village too, a mile and a half maybe.

Culross is about ten minutes by car. It's an old village, 17th century, preserved by the National Trust. Worth a look. Dunfermline is fifteen minutes the other way. Bigger, with shops and restaurants. It was Scotland's capital a long time ago.

You're about half an hour from the Forth Bridges. Edinburgh is maybe 45 minutes if the traffic's alright. Stirling Castle is about the same drive the other way. The coast at North Queensferry, with the bridges view, is 20 minutes.

Inside, it's open plan downstairs. There's a washing machine, TV, WiFi, and all the bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
