The Wee Pad is a first-floor flat in Dunfermline. It's on a quiet residential street, about a five-minute walk from the town centre. It sleeps four, but that's with the sofa bed in the living room used. Realistically, it's best for two in the proper bedroom, with maybe two friends on the sofa bed if needed.
The place has a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. The bedroom is a good size with a decent bed. The living area is open plan with the kitchen. It's all straightforward.
You're well placed for getting around. The train station is about a ten-minute walk. You can be in central Edinburgh in about twenty minutes on the train. The bus station is closer, about five minutes away.
If you've got a car, you can explore the Fife coast. It's about half an hour's drive to places like South Queensferry for the bridge views, or east to the fishing villages. St Andrews is under an hour away. For walking, the Fife Coastal Path starts at Limekilns, which is a short drive. Dunfermline itself has the abbey and the usual town things: shops, pubs, a cinema.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. A travel cot and highchair are there if you need them. No pets allowed.
