The Wee Cosy is a ground floor flat on a quiet street in Dunfermline. It's got one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, so it sleeps four at a push. The patio door goes out to a small, private garden.
It's a 4 Star place. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The ceilings are high, which makes it feel quite spacious for a one-bedroom. Everything's on the ground floor, so no stairs to worry about.
You're about a ten minute walk from the centre of Dunfermline. There's a lot of history there, like Dunfermline Abbey. The train station is about the same walk away. Trains to Edinburgh take around twenty minutes, which is easier than driving in.
The kitchen is compact but has what you need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
For getting out, you can drive to the coast in about fifteen minutes. Places like Limekilns are good for a walk along the Fife Coastal Path. St Andrews and its golf courses are under an hour's drive away. Glasgow is about an hour and fifteen minutes by car.
