Tigh Na Beannaich is in Powmill. It's that big, white house on the main road, just before you get to the bend. You've got a decent-sized garden, all fenced in.
It sleeps a lot of people, thirteen. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is fair. It's a comfortable, well-equipped house, not just a basic let. Oh, and there's the pool. It's indoors and heated, so the kids can use it even if the weather's rubbish.
You're right between Kinross and Dollar, so you can see the Ochil Hills from some of the windows. The location is the main thing. You're about 20 minutes from Stirling or Perth. Edinburgh, Glasgow, St Andrews are all about 45 minutes if the traffic's alright. If you're here for golf, you're sorted. There are dozens of courses really close by. Gleneagles is about a quarter of an hour away.
The list of nearby things is long. Honestly, it's easier to just pick a direction and drive. Hillwalking in the Ochils is on the doorstep. For a family day, Blair Drummond Safari Park or the Falkirk Wheel are good. Knockhill is nearby if anyone's into the racing. The coast at Fife, with those little fishing villages, is about 20 minutes east.
In the house, you've got all the usual stuff: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's plenty of parking on the drive. No pets, I'm afraid. The shop and the nearest pub are in Fossoway, about two miles away.
