Hollybank
This is Hollybank. It's a ground floor flat in an old Victorian house in Ladybank. The village is quiet. You get a little patio garden out the front with a sun porch.
It's just for two people. One big bedroom with an ensuite shower room. There's a separate loo down the hall too. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, and everything works.
The living room is a good size. The kitchen is a galley style off the back of it. It's modern and has what you need.
You can bring one dog. There's a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included.
The local pub is a few minutes' walk. It does food. There's a shop and a cafe nearby too. Ladybank has a train station with regular services to Edinburgh, Dundee, and Perth.
If you play golf, Ladybank Golf Club is here. It's a well known course. For walking, the Lomond Hills are close by. The pretty village of Falkland is about a ten minute drive. You've got the Falkland Estate there and the palace.
St Andrews is about half an hour away by car. The Fife Coastal Path is within easy reach, and you can explore the fishing villages along the coast from there.
