Campbell Lodge
Campbell Lodge is in South Hykeham, Lincolnshire. It’s a detached lodge on a quiet park next to a golf course. The golf club has a bar and restaurant, which is about a quarter of a mile away.
The lodge sleeps four, maybe six with the sofa bed. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on the ground floor. The living room has a mezzanine level with a double sofa bed if you need extra space. It has a 4 Star rating.
The main thing is the setting. It’s right next to a fishing lake, so you look out over the water. And it has its own private hot tub on the decking.
Lincoln is really close, about a ten minute drive. The cathedral and castle are up on the hill. The Bailgate area around there has shops and restaurants. The Magna Carta centre is at the castle if that’s of interest.
If you like antiques, Newark Showground is about ten minutes away. They have big antiques fairs there. The Lincolnshire Showground is about fifteen minutes in the other direction.
Facilities wise, it’s got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside. Sorry, no pets allowed.
