This is George Lodge. It's one of four lodges here on the farm, set back from the road. It's detached, so you're on your own, and it looks out over fields. You've got about sixty acres to look at, but the bit directly outside is yours.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. Everything is on the ground floor, so no stairs to worry about. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. There's a patio with a table and a BBQ.
Inside, there's a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. Parking is right outside the lodge.
The local pub that does food is about a mile and a half away. The nearest proper shop is in Bassingham, which is three miles.
Lincoln is a twenty minute drive. The cathedral is the main thing. You can spend a good day there, seeing the castle and walking down Steep Hill to the waterfront. Newark is about fifteen minutes the other way. The showground there has big antiques fairs.
For walks, you can start right from the door. There are public footpaths through the fields. If you want to drive out, the Lincolnshire Wolds are about half an hour northeast. For a historic day out, Tattershall Castle is roughly twenty-five minutes away.
