Egon House Lincoln

Egon House is in Lincoln. It's one of two townhouses, Ida's Place is next door. They're in a quiet street about a 10 minute walk from the cathedral and the castle. You can see the cathedral from the top windows.

It sleeps four. Three bedrooms upstairs: one double and two singles. One bathroom, which is a shower room on the ground floor. It's got a 4 Star rating. The finish is good, it's clean and well looked after.

You get a small private courtyard out the back. It's paved, with a table and chairs. There's roadside parking outside, which is usually fine.

The stairs are a typical townhouse staircase, so they're a bit steep and turn halfway up. The front door has a small step, but it's low and there's a handrail, so the entrance is wheelchair accessible if you don't mind that step.

Inside, there's a living room with a sofa and a smart TV. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. WiFi is included, and so are all the bedding and towels.

You can book it together with Ida's Place next door if you need room for up to nine people.

For things to do: Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle are the obvious ones. The Strait is good for pubs and restaurants. The Brayford Waterfront is about a 15 minute walk. If you drive, the Lincolnshire Wolds are about half an hour away, and so is the coast around Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea.

You can bring up to two dogs. The courtyard is enclosed.
