Lepus Lodge
Lepus Lodge is a Finnish log cabin on our farm. It's detached and sits by a wildflower meadow. You'll see a lot of hares out there, which is why it's called that.
It sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom, and it's all on the ground floor. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped, but it's a cabin, not a hotel. Everything's open plan inside.
The location is quiet. You're on a working arable farm, so you might see a tractor now and then. It's very peaceful. You have your own patio with a BBQ, and there's a tennis court you can use.
The nearest pub is about two and a half miles away. The shop is three miles. You'll need a car.
Lincoln is about a twenty minute drive. The cathedral is huge. There's a castle and plenty of shops. The Lincolnshire Wolds are good for walking and they're close by.
You're also near the county showground and RAF Scampton, where the Red Arrows are based. You can often see them practicing. For days out, Doddington Hall and Clumber Park are worth a visit. Sherwood Forest and the coast are both within an hour's drive.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding is included. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
