Lucy's Lodge Doddington

This is Lucy's Lodge. It's one of four places you can rent on our farm here in Doddington. The farm is arable, we grow crops. You'll see the tractors about.

The lodge sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and each one has its own shower room, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so things are in good order.

Outside, you've got your own bit of patio and garden. The main thing here is the space. You've got 20 acres of grounds to wander around. There are two fishing lakes on site if you bring a rod.

All guests here can use the indoor heated swimming pool. It's in a separate building. The door between Lucy's Lodge and the lodge next to it can be unlocked if you're booking both together for a bigger group.

It's about five miles into Lincoln. You can see the cathedral from miles away. The castle and Christmas markets are up there. Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle are the main historic sites. The Newark Showground is about a 15 minute drive, they have big antique fairs.

Closer by, Burton Waters marina has a few restaurants and shops. There are some decent walks and cycle routes around the lanes here. You're not far from the Lincolnshire Wolds.

In the lodge there's a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. No pets, I'm afraid.
