The Cherry Tree is in Harby, a village in Nottinghamshire. It's a detached house, so no neighbours on the other side of the wall. Sleeps ten, in five bedrooms. Three bathrooms, no sharing needed.
It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well kitted out. The kitchen has a Rangemaster, a big fridge freezer, and a dishwasher. There's a table that seats everyone. The living room has a wood burner and a big sofa. Stairs are normal.
Outside, there's an enclosed garden with a patio and a BBQ. Useful if you've got kids or a dog. Sorry, no pets though. Inside, there's a utility room with a washer-dryer for coats and boots. The games room has a pool table and table tennis.
Harby has a pub that does food, about a ten minute walk. There's a kids' playground and some walks from the village. For a bigger day out, Doddington Hall is a few miles away. They've got a good farm shop and gardens. Lincoln and Newark are both about a twenty minute drive. Lincoln Cathedral is up on the hill, you can't miss it.
