Koi Keep
This is Koi Keep. It's in Doddington, out in the Lincolnshire countryside. We're on a working farm here, so you'll see tractors and fields. It's quiet.
The cottage is one of four places here on the site. There's Roach cottage, these two lodges that can connect if you've got a big group, and this one. It sleeps six, three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean.
You share the 20 acres of grounds with other guests. There are two fishing lakes. The main thing is the indoor heated swimming pool, which everyone uses. You book slots for it.
It's about five miles into Lincoln. The cathedral is up there, and the castle. The Christmas market is busy but good. Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle have the details. Newark Showground is about a 15 minute drive, they have antique fairs.
For facilities, you've got a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. Parking is right outside. Sorry, no pets.
If you're into walking or cycling, the area is flat. Burton Waters marina is close by, they have restaurants. The nearest shop is about three quarters of a mile, the nearest pub about two.
