Hall Farm Cottage
Hall Farm Cottage is a barn we converted. It's old, about five hundred years. It's detached, so it's just you. The views are fields, nothing but fields.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's been done to a high standard. It has a hot tub on the patio.
The place is very quiet. There's no through road. You get a lot of birds.
There's a pub and a restaurant a few minutes' walk away. The shop is two miles away in Spennymoor.
You're about fifteen minutes from Durham. You can walk into the city from the train station or get the bus. Bishop Auckland is the same distance, with Auckland Castle.
For days out, you're right on the edge of the Durham Dales. Raby Castle is about twenty minutes by car. The Bowes Museum is a bit further, maybe thirty-five minutes. Beamish Museum is around half an hour.
If you want to walk from the door, you can. There are footpaths and cycle tracks.
Things here: wood burner, a BBQ, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi. Your bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. The garden is enclosed. No pets, sorry.
There's another cottage on the farm, but it's far enough away that you won't notice each other.
