Within Pontyates you can enjoy some freshly cooked produce in the traditional Welsh pub and restaurant around a 10 minutes’ walk away, with locally brewed ales to enjoy too; you will also find a village shop and chip shop in the village. Rhydfach is in the perfect location to reach a host of activities and attractions, with Kidwelly Castle, Ffos Las racecourse, the National Botanical Gardens of Wales, Llanelli Wetland Centre and Pembrey Country Park within a 15-minute drive.
