This is Dales View. It's in Sedbusk, a small spot just outside Hawes in the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage looks out over the valley, so the view is pretty much the main thing.
It sleeps six, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's an old stone place from the 1700s. The floors are original pine, there's exposed stonework in the walls, and a proper open fireplace you can use. We've put in central heating and things like that so it's not cold.
The garden is enclosed, so it's fine for dogs. We take up to two pets. There's parking on the drive.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and highchair if you need them.
You're right in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. For a pint and a meal, the pub in Simonstone is half a mile down the road. Hawes is about a mile away. That's where the main shops are, a couple of other pubs, and the Wensleydale Creamery. Hardraw Force waterfall is just beyond Hawes.
If you want to drive out, Windermere in the Lake District is under an hour. For walks or information, the Yorkshire Dales National Park site is useful. So is the National Trust page for Yorkshire if you're planning trips.
