Ty Howton
Ty Howton is a bungalow on the edge of Craig Cefn Parc. It's detached and has its own garden, which looks out over the valley. The views are good.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's on one level, so no stairs to worry about. There's a wood burner in the living room, and the kitchen is open plan.
You can walk straight out from the house. The Cwm Clydach RSPB reserve is close by. There's a local pub about half a mile away for a meal or a drink.
You're about halfway between the Brecon Beacons and the Gower coast. The Gower beaches are about 11 to 25 miles drive, depending on which one. For a day out, the National Botanic Garden of Wales is 20 miles away. Penclacwydd Wetland Centre is 12 miles.
If you want to go further, Cardiff is about 45 minutes by car. Swansea is closer, about 8 miles to the centre. The Liberty Stadium is 7 miles away.
For facilities: there's parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
