Wernddu Fechan House
Wernddu Fechan House is just outside Neath. A big detached place that sleeps up to 14.
There are five bedrooms. All five have en-suite bathrooms. That’s the main thing. The master has a spa bath and a walk-in shower.
Downstairs, there's a big living room, a separate dining room that seats everyone, and a fully fitted kitchen. There's a Ninja blender. If you want coffee pods, you'll need your own for the Tassimo machine.
The games room is separate. It has a three-quarter size snooker table. Also an exercise bike, another table and a big TV.
It's a 4 Star property. That means it’s well-equipped and comfortable. Each room downstairs has its own digital thermostat.
The property sits in about ten acres of its own land. Outside, there's a patio, a grassed garden, and a private hot tub.
You can bring up to two dogs.
For days out, Aberavon Beach is about eight miles away. The Gower Peninsula and Swansea Bay are within a 40 minute drive. The Brecon Beacons are about half an hour. National Trust Wales and Brecon Beacons National Park have good information for walks.
The Neath Valley is good for waterfalls. If you like whisky, the Penderyn distillery is under 30 minutes away for tours.
There's on-site parking. Bedding and towels are included. Facilities like a washing machine, dishwasher, cot and highchair are there if you need them.
You can book the bungalow next door as well if your group is larger.
