Ysgubor

Our place is called Ysgubor. It's one of three cottages on our farm here in Rhos, Carmarthenshire. It's up a bit of a slope from the farmhouse. You're on a working farm, so you'll see sheep and maybe some machinery about. A public footpath runs through the land if you want to start a walk from the door.

The cottage sleeps six in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. It's open plan downstairs. The garden and patio are yours to use, with a barbecue. We've included things like a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. There's parking right there. Sorry, no pets.

The village shop and a local pub are about a mile away. The pub serves food. Pontardawe is a short drive and has a leisure centre with a pool.

You're in a good spot for getting out. The Afan Argoed Country Park is about half an hour's drive for mountain biking. The Gower Peninsula, for its beaches, is also within half an hour. For a day out, Margam Park or the National Botanic Garden of Wales are easy to reach. Swansea and its LC2 waterpark are about 40 minutes by car. Cardiff is just over an hour if you fancy the city.
