Y Stabl is on our farm in Rhos, Carmarthenshire. It's not remote, but you're up the hill a bit, so you get a decent view. It's one of three holiday places here on the farm, but it's separate. You'll see us pottering about sometimes.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's comfortable and everything works. The living area is all open plan.
There's a washing machine, a TV, and WiFi. The bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can park right outside. There's a patio with a table and a BBQ.
The farm track meets a public footpath, so you can start a walk from the door. Pontardawe is ten minutes away for a shop and a pub. The Gwaun-Cae-Gurwen pub is closer, about a mile.
If you want to drive out, the Brecon Beacons are about half an hour north. For the coast, the Gower Peninsula is just over half an hour south. The Afan Argoed Country Park is good for cycling and is 20 minutes away. Dan yr Ogof caves are a 25 minute drive.
Swansea is about 40 minutes for the marina or the LC2 waterpark. Cardiff is just over an hour if you fancy the city.
No pets, I'm afraid.
