Fernhill Cottage is in Oxenhope, near Haworth. It's a detached bungalow in our garden. You're up our driveway so it's private, with its own patio that gets the sun late on.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It was all redone a few years ago so it's in good order. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped. Everything is on one floor.
There's a big TV in the living area. The bathrooms have speakers built into the ceiling. You can connect your phone to play music.
The village has a shop and a couple of pubs about ten minutes' walk away. They do food.
You're right on the edge of the moors for walking. The Keighley and Worth Valley Steam Railway station is half a mile down the road. You can get the train into Haworth, which is two miles away. That's where the Brontë Parsonage is. The walk up to Top Withens from there is the one they say inspired Wuthering Heights.
Hebden Bridge is about 15 minutes by car. The Hardcastle Crags walk there is good. Skipton is half an hour away if you want a market town or to get into the Dales.
For facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, parking. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's a barbecue and space to store bikes. No pets.
