Lake View Cottage is in Boothby, Cumbria. It's a detached cottage on a trout fishing park. You look out over the lake.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. They're both zip and link beds, so you can have them as twins or doubles. It's a 4 Star place. The living space is open plan, so you're all in one room together.
There's a small patio with a hot tub. It's for five people, so it's big enough. You get that to yourselves.
The park itself has the fishing. You can book lessons and hire kit if you want to try it. There's also a kids' play area and some big outdoor games. The shop and pub are about a mile away in Brampton.
For getting out, you're well placed. Carlisle is easy to drive to. Ullswater and the northern bit of the Lake District are about half an hour away. Hadrian's Wall is close by for a walk. There are good riverside walks near the cottage too.
In terms of stuff, it's got what you'd expect: parking, WiFi, a washing machine, TV. Highchair and cot if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring two dogs.
