Croft Cottage 1 is in Stillington. That's a small village in North Yorkshire, about half way between York and Helmsley. It's semi-detached, one of three. You're right behind the village pub, literally about ten yards away from the back door.
It sleeps three people. One main bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the open-plan living area for a third person. The bathroom has a shower. It has a 4 Star rating.
The layout is open plan, so the kitchen, dining table and sitting area are all in one room. The kitchen has what you need. There's a small patio area at the front with seating.
It's dog friendly. You can bring up to two pets.
The village has a couple of other pubs, a post office shop, and a social club. There are a lot of footpaths around here for walks, which is good with dogs. The market town of Easingwold is three miles away for bigger shops.
York is about a 30 minute drive. You've got all the history there, the Minster, the Shambles, the Railway Museum. Helmsley is a similar distance the other way, with the castle and walled garden. The North York Moors National Park starts not far from there. The National Trust has quite a few properties in the area too, like Nunnington Hall.
For facilities: there's parking on site, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
This cottage can be booked together with the other two Croft Cottages if you're a larger group.
