Bryn Villa
Bryn Villa is a bungalow on a farm just outside Howey. You get there up a farm track. It's detached, so no neighbours through the walls. You get the place to yourselves.
It sleeps five in three bedrooms. Everything's on the ground floor, which is handy. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The garden is enclosed and looks out over fields with sheep. In the spring there are lambs. You can walk on the footpaths that go through the farm.
There's a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a conservatory. The list says there's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right there.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
There's a hot tub outside.
The nearest pub is about two miles away. For a shop or a restaurant, you'd go into Llandrindod Wells or Builth Wells, which are about three miles away. Llandrindod has a park and lakes to walk around. Builth Wells is where the Royal Welsh Showground is, for events.
For a day out, the Elan Valley is about ten miles away. Good for walking and cycling, and the dams are impressive. There are local golf courses and places to go horse riding.
