Bevan House
Bevan House is in Hundred House, Powys. It's a detached cottage, so no one right next door. It was done up in 2022, so everything feels quite new.
It sleeps seven in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a walk in shower. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well equipped. It's all on one floor inside, which makes it easy.
Outside, there's a garden that's fenced all round, so it's private. There's a hot tub out there. We've also got a barbecue and bike storage.
The local pub is about 300 yards up the road. For a shop or a restaurant, you'll need to drive about five miles. The Royal Welsh Showground is only about five miles away, which is good if you're going to an event there.
Llandrindod Wells is seven miles away. It's a nice old spa town. For something a bit more dramatic, you can drive to Rhayader and the Elan Valley in about 25 minutes. The dams there are impressive. It's good for a walk and for birdwatching.
Inside, there's a woodburning stove, TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if needed. There's parking on the drive. No pets sorry.
