Bevan House
Bevan House is in Hundred House, which is a small village about seven miles from Llandrindod Wells. It's a detached house, so no one's attached. You get the whole garden and patio area to yourselves.
It sleeps seven people. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. We had it all renovated in 2022, so it's in very good shape. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The big thing is the view. You get a good view over the fields from the back. The hot tub is out there too, which is private.
There's a pub about 300 yards down the road. They do food. The nearest shop is about five miles away in Llandrindod, so you need to plan for that.
It's really good for walking and cycling straight from the door. The Royal Welsh Showground is only five miles away if you're going to an event.
Llandrindod Wells, the old spa town, is seven miles. Rhayader and the Elan Valley are about sixteen miles. That's where the dams are, and it's good for birdwatching. Elan Valley has a good website for visitor information.
In terms of what's here: there's a woodburning stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and parking for a couple of cars. The garden is enclosed. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
