This is Woodland Lodge. It's a detached wooden lodge on our working farm near Hundred House, Powys. It's not in a town. You're on the edge of the village, looking at fields.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. Everything's on one level, so no stairs. It's a five star place, which means it's well finished and has things like a hot tub and a wine cooler. It's more modern than old-fashioned.
The hot tub is on the decking at the back. You get a private, enclosed garden with it. Inside, it's open plan. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. There's bike storage if you bring them.
The local pub is about five minutes walk down the lane. They serve food. For a shop or a restaurant, you'll need to drive to Builth Wells, which is about five miles.
You can walk straight from the lodge. There's a path by the river into the village. For driving, the Royal Welsh Showground is close, about five miles. Llandrindod Wells is seven miles away. Rhayader and the Elan Valley are about sixteen miles. The dams there are impressive. Good for walking and birdwatching.
We don't allow pets. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside.
