Brockwood Farmhouse is in West Meon, right in the South Downs National Park. It's an old farmhouse on a working organic farm. The views are wide open, just fields and trees.
It sleeps ten people. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are more private, like little suites. The others share a big family bathroom. It's got a five star rating.
The place has been done up. It's comfortable. The kitchen is new and has a big AGA, plus another oven if you need it. There are two dishwashers. A cleaner comes in twice a week, which is included.
Outside, the garden is big and split into different sections. There's a proper swimming pool. There's a croquet lawn. Plenty of space for kids to run around. One terrace has a built-in fireplace with a sofa, for evenings.
Inside, there are two wood burners. Underfloor heating and good radiators mean it's always warm.
You can bring one dog.
It's very quiet here, but you're not miles from everything. Winchester is about half an hour's drive. The south coast beaches, like around Hayling Island, are similar. Goodwood and Cowdray Park for events are within half an hour too. For walking, you're right in the South Downs. The South Downs National Park site has route ideas.
What's here: all bedding and towels, a cot and highchair if needed, TV, WiFi, washing machine, BBQ, and parking. The swimming pool is open seasonally, usually from late May to September.
