The Coach-House is my place in Tenby. It's an apartment on two floors, up above what used to be the coach house. It sleeps four people in two bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own shower room, which is handy.
It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's in good nick. You've got a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV, that sort of thing. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside for one car. One well-behaved dog is okay.
Now, the main thing you need to know is the stairs. They're a spiral staircase up to the main bedroom on the mezzanine. They're fine if you're steady on your feet, but they're not like a normal staircase. Something to be aware of if you've got very young kids or anyone with mobility issues.
The living area is all open plan downstairs. It's a good size, light, and looks out over the garden. You have the garden to yourselves. It's not huge, but it's a nice spot to sit out.
Location wise, you're in a quiet spot but it's only a ten minute walk into Tenby town centre. You can walk to the South Beach and the harbour easily. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path is right there.
For days out, you're well placed. Caldey Island boat trips go from the harbour. You've got all the Tenby beaches. Golf at Tenby Golf Club is about a mile away. Further afield, within half an hour's drive, you've got places like Carew Castle, Folly Farm, and the really good bits of the coast path around Manorbier.
