Primrose Cottage is a bungalow in Burythorpe. It's in North Yorkshire, a short drive from Malton. It sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's a 4 Star property, which is a good standard.
The main thing about the place is the decking area out the back. It's raised up, so you get a pretty good view of the fields. There's a hot tub on the deck. The furniture up there is nice for sitting out.
The living room is comfortable with a TV. The kitchen is straightforward and has a dishwasher. All your bed linen and towels are included. There's parking for two cars on the drive.
You're in a small, quiet village here. The pub in Burythorpe, The Fox and Rabbit, is about a ten-minute walk away. Malton is about a ten-minute drive. They call it a food town. There's a market on the last Saturday of the month, but there are shops and cafes there any day.
Castle Howard is very close, maybe five minutes by car. It's a big, grand stately home with gardens. You can spend a whole day there. North York Moors National Park is on your doorstep too, which is full of good walks.
If you want to go further, York is about half an hour's drive. You've got the Minster and the old streets. The coast, like Whitby or Scarborough, is about 45 minutes away depending on traffic.
In terms of practical things, we provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. The garden is enclosed. There's WiFi. We don't allow pets, sorry.
