Stable Cottage Kennythorpe

Stable Cottage is in Kennythorpe, near the village of Burythorpe. It's on our farm. The views from the windows are over fields.

It sleeps four people, in two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It's all on one level, so no stairs to worry about. It has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean.

You have your own patio garden with a table and a BBQ. There's parking right outside.

It's a working farm, so you'll see us and the animals coming and going. In the spring, if we're feeding lambs, you're welcome to come and see. If you're bringing your own horse on holiday, we have stables you can use. We have space to store bikes.

The local pub in Burythorpe is about a mile away. They do good food.

It's very quiet here. The roads are good for cycling. For walking, you can start right from the door. The Yorkshire Wolds Way is close by. Castle Howard is about a ten minute drive. Malton, which has a weekly food market, is about fifteen minutes away. York is about half an hour by car.

Inside, there's a washing machine. The WiFi works. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
