No 2 Flowery Bank is in Broughton, on the Malton to Helmsley road. It's on a bit of a slope, so the views are good. It's an old stone cottage, about 250 years old.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and everything works.
The stairs are a bit steep and narrow, and they're open on one side. Just so you know.
There's a garden out the front with a patio and a barbecue. You get your own parking.
Inside, it's got what you need: a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi. Bedding and towels are included. We can put a cot in if you need one. No pets are allowed sorry.
There's a shop and a pub a mile away in the village. Malton is about a mile the other way. It's a busy little town with shops and cafes.
You're right on the edge of the Howardian Hills here. It's good walking country. Castle Howard is about six miles away. York is 19 miles, so about half an hour by car. Scarborough is 22 miles. The North York Moors are right there to explore.
