The Granary is one of three cottages here on the farm in East Worlington. It's a converted farm building, so it's got slate floors and feels solid. It sleeps six.
All three bedrooms are on the ground floor and each has its own bathroom. That's handy. The living space is upstairs: a kitchen and a big open-plan room with doors out to a balcony. The view from there is just fields. It's good.
You get your own hot tub in a private room next to the cottage. There's also a shared games room with table tennis and football for everyone in the three cottages.
It's a working farm. We've got about 200 acres with cattle and sheep. You're welcome to have a look around if you're interested. Sometimes the chickens come up to the courtyard.
For things to do, Dartmoor is about 25 minutes south. Exmoor is about 40 minutes north. The north Devon coast, like Westward Ho! or Woolacombe, is roughly half an hour's drive. Exeter is 20-25 minutes away if you need a city or the train station.
In terms of what's here: there's a wood burner, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Plenty of parking. No pets.
