Welcome Cottage is in Puddington, which is a small village in the middle of Devon. It's a two bedroom place, detached. You get a small garden at the back.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up recently. The kitchen is new, there's a wood burner in the living room, and the ceilings have some nice old beams showing.
The stairs are steep and a bit narrow. Something to be aware of. Also, the windows open fully.
Puddington is quiet. There's a pub that does food about two miles away in the next village. For a proper shop, you'd go to Tiverton or Crediton, which are about a fifteen minute drive.
It's a good spot for getting around. You're about halfway between the north and south coasts. Exmoor is about half an hour's drive. The National Trust has a few properties nearby, like Knightshayes. The Grand Western Canal is close for a flat walk.
For facilities: there's a washing machine, WiFi, parking for one car, and all the bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
