The Old Creamery Nomansland

The Old Creamery is at West Middlewick Farm, just outside a little village called Nomansland. It's a single-storey bungalow, so it's all on one level. No stairs at all. It's detached, so you won't hear anyone else.

It sleeps ten, in four bedrooms, with two bathrooms. Everything's included, bedding and towels. It's got a four star rating, which means it's comfortable and well equipped. You can bring two dogs.

The main thing is the cows. It's a working dairy farm. You can watch the milking, feed the calves, that sort of thing. The front patio is fully enclosed, so it's safe for kids and dogs. The view is just fields.

Inside, it's got a wood burner for cooler evenings, a dishwasher, washing machine, all the usual stuff. There's Wi-Fi and parking right outside.

On site, there's a shop selling their own meat and milk, and a couple of fishing lakes you can use.

Location wise, Tiverton is about 15 minutes away for bigger shops. For a day out, Exmoor is right there. The north Devon beaches like Saunton Sands are within an hour's drive. Barnstaple is about half an hour away.
