Meadow View
Meadow View is a detached house in Mellor, Lancashire. It sleeps eight people in four bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. It's a 4 Star property, which means it's well finished and comfortable.
The house is new and built to a high standard. The main living area is open plan with a kitchen, dining table, and sitting area with a wood burner. The ceilings are high. Outside there's an enclosed garden, a patio, and a private hot tub. There's parking on the drive for a couple of cars.
You can bring up to two well-behaved dogs. Bedding and towels are provided. There's a washing machine and dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV.
The location is quiet and rural, on the edge of the village. You're in the Ribble Valley, close to the Forest of Bowland. It's good walking and cycling country. Clitheroe is about ten minutes away by car for shops and supermarkets. The market town has a castle and museum you can visit.
Within half an hour you can drive into the Yorkshire Dales National Park, or up to the Trough of Bowland. The historic villages of Whalley and Ribchester are nearby. Further afield, the Lake District is about an hour's drive if you fancy a big day out.
