Haven Cottage is a bungalow in Clayton le Dale. It's down a private drive, detached, so it's quiet. You get your own garden and parking right outside.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both doubles, and both have their own bathroom with a shower. Everything is on one level, so no stairs. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's recently done up and everything's new. The living area is open plan, with a kitchen, dining table, and sofa area with a Smart TV.

Outside is a patio with furniture. The garden looks out over fields. It's peaceful.

You're about two miles from Ribchester, which is a nice village. For a walk from the door, you can head out into the fields straight away. If you want to drive, the Forest of Bowland is right there. It's good for cycling or longer walks. Forest of Bowland has maps and ideas.

Within half an hour you can be in the Trough of Bowland, or up at Pendle Hill. Clitheroe is close for shops and a castle. Clitheroe Castle is worth a look. For a bigger day out, the Lancashire coast at Lytham St Annes is about 45 minutes away.

Facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and all bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry. The property is one of five, so it's good for a group if you book more than one together.
